• Experience (at least 5 years') in construction of high-rise residential and commercial projects
• Should be experienced in: planning, monitoring, tracking and MIS reporting

• Should be experienced in: designing and setting up quality systems, benchmarking, monitoring, training in quality assessment and documentation
• Would be responsible for: ISO documentation, promoting quality awareness
• Should have a passion for quality in the organisation and with service providers

• Experience (at least 5 years') in construction of high-rise residential and commercial projects
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and firefighting techniques
• Would be responsible for: leading a team of engineers; management of projects; quality supervision; liaison with consultants, architects and contractors; and certification of quantities and estimates

• Experience (at least 5 years') in construction of high-rise residential and commercial projects
• Knowledge of air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical and fire fighting techniques

• Should have experience with leading architects of Bangalore in construction of high-rise residential, commercial buildings and hotel projects
• Awareness to local bye-laws and NBC norms essential
• Should be familiar with AutoCAD

• Experience in electrical installations
• Should have exposure to electrical specifications and must be capable of interacting with and managing consultants and contractors
• Knowledge of sub-station work will be an added advantage

• Should have strong understanding of civil and other service contracts, with good commercial acumen and negotiation skills

• Experience in construction of high-rise residential and commercial projects
• Exposure to superior quality structural, electrical, plumbing, fire safety and other finishing jobs

• Experience in construction of high-rise residential and commercial projects
• Exposure to superior quality structural, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting jobs preferred

• Experience in construction of high-rise residential and commercial projects
• Should be experienced in: supervision, installation and maintenance of plumbing and sanitary works with consultants, contractors and builders

• Experience in construction of high-rise residential and commercial projects
• Exposure to structural glazing

• Would be responsible for: rate analysis, tender scrutiny, checking and verification of bills
• Knowledge of QS link or other specialist QS software preferred

Good communication skills and computer knowledge are essential, for all positions.
