Head-Hospitality Projects
Job Code: BHSPL/HD/01

• Age: Below 55 years
• Civil Engineering graduate
• 20 years' relevant experience in a senior position
• Responsible for overall planning and execution of hospitality projects; identifying and appointing appropriate architects, contractors and vendors; building and leading the project team; handling multi-location
• Should possess good grasp on all aspects of construction and fine finishing of hotels, and services related to hospitality projects
  

Senior Manager-Projects
(Civil, Interiors and Electro-mechanical)
Job Code: BHSPL/SM/02

• Age:Below 45 years
• Engineering graduate
• 15-20 years' relevant experience in construction of high-rise hotel projects
• Must be a team player with the ability to: work independently; deal with all aspects of a project from the proponent's side; interact with consultants and contractors ability to work independently, yet be an effective team player
• Must have a sound knowledge of project management tools, contracts, specifications, M&E services and systems
  

Manager-Procurement
Job Code: BHSPL/MP/03

• Age: Below 45 years
• Any graduate
• 10-15 years' relevant experience in project procurement
• Must be an effective team player, with the ability to work independently
• Must be capable of procurement for major hospitality projects from both local and overseas markets
• Must possess basic knowledge of contracts, specifications and taxation matters

Project Manager
(Civil / Interiors / Electro-Mechanical)
Job Code: BHSPL/PM/04

• Age: Below 40 years
• Engineering graduate
• 12-15 years' relevant experience in construction of high-rise hotel projects
• Must be an effective team player, with the ability to work independently
• Must be capable of dealing with building works, consultant interfacing, monitoring work and quality
• Should have a sound knowledge of building construction, especially in fine finishing and services related to hospitality projects
  

Project Engineer
(Civil / Interiors / Electrical / Mechanical)
Job Code: BHSPL/PE/05

• Age: · Below 35 years
• Graduate
• 6-12 years' relevant experience in major construction projects
• Should be capable of getting work done as per specifications and drawings; planning and achieving targetsAround 30 years

Quality Control Inspector
(Civil / Interiors / Electrical / Mechanical)
Job Code: BHSPL/QC/06

• Age: Below 30 years
• Engineering graduate
• 2-6 years' relevant experience in major construction projects
• Should be capable of working independently; dealing with quality control inspection; interpretation of specifications and drawings; making daily and weekly reports

Good communication skills and computer knowledge are essential, for all positions.

Remuneration
Salary will be commensurate with education, qualification and experience.
