- Graduate (Degree in Hotel Management preferred)

- Should be capable of handling a cafeteria strength of around 2000 people
- Interpersonal and man-management skills are mandatory
Chef

- Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in the hospitality sector
- Will be responsible for food production (in bulk), with skills in multi-cuisine cooking
- Should be able to read and write

Accountant

- Graduate in Commerce
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in a large, reputed restaurant
- Will be responsible for billing, collection and accounting
- Exposure to IDS or similar software used in the hotel industry
- Well versed with computer accounting, experienced in Tally accounting package.
- Ability to handle accounts related matters independently
Steward
- Age: Around 30 years
- Should have passed PUC
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in the hospitality sector
- Interpersonal skills are mandatory
Store-in-charge
- Age: Around 30 years
- Graduate (PG Diploma in Materials Management preferred)
- Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in hospitality industry
- Will be responsible for regular store activities like purchase, cost control, developing and maintaining vendor relations etc.
- Exposure to IDS or similar software used in the hotel industry
- Skilled in modern techniques of store management and purchase
- Good interpersonal skills are mandatory
Other Openings
Senior Manager—Sales and Marketing
(Serviced Residences)
- Age: Around 35 years
- Graduate (MBA in Sales and Marketing preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in the hospitality sector
- Will be responsible for identifying opportunities, setting objectives and executing plans for the team
- Will have to lead a strong and effective team to achieve the targets, and introduce innovative approaches to sales to stay ahead of competition
- Must possess a passion for selling, with a never-say-die attitude
- Proficiency in at least one foreign language a mandate
- Should have a pleasing personality, with excellent interpersonal skills
Front Office Supervisor / Executive
- Age: Below 30 years
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar industry
- Will be responsible for all front office activities at serviced apartments and clubs
- Should have a smart and pleasant personality with good communication skills

- B.Com, Inter CA / ICWA
