General Manager—Quality & Systems (ENG/GM/Q&S-01)

• Location: Bangalore
• Graduates / Post-graduates in Civil Engineering
• Must possess 15-18 years' experience in a reputed company
• Experienced in: designing, setting up and monitoring quality systems and benchmarks; quality assessment
• Must be adept at ISO documentation and promoting quality awareness within organisation and with service providers
  

Deputy General Manager-Projects (ENG/DGM/PRJ-02)

• Location: Bangalore
• Graduates / Post-graduates in Civil Engineering
• Must possess 12-15 years' experience, with at least 5 years' experience in construction of high-rise residential and commercial projects
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical techniques a must
• Would be responsible for: management of projects; quality supervision; liaison with consultants, architects and contractors; certification of quantities and estimates; supervision of site and Project Engineers
  

Engineer-Electrical (ENG/ELE-03)

• Location: Bangalore
• Graduates in Electrical Engineering
• Must possess 8-10 years' experience in electrical installations
• Exposure to sub-station work, electrical specifications and consultant dealing
• Should be knowledgeable about requirements of building materials
  

Engineer-Contracts (ENG/CONTR-04)

• Location: Bangalore
• Post-graduates in Civil Engineering (Degree from NICMAR preferred)
• Must possess 2-3 years' relevant experience
• Should have strong understanding of Civil Contracts, with good commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Engineer-Quality Control (ENG/QC-05)

• Location: Bangalore
• Graduates in Civil Engineering
• Must possess 3-5 years' experience in construction of high-rise residential and commercial projects
• Exposure to superior quality structural, electrical, plumbing, fire safety and other finishing jobs a must

Engineer-Projects (ENG/QC-05)

• Location: Bangalore
• First Class Graduates in Civil Engineering
• Must possess 7-10 years' experience in construction of high-rise residential and commercial projects
• Exposure to superior quality structural, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting jobs preferred

Quantity Surveyor (ENG/QS/07)

• Location: Bangalore
• Graduates in Civil Engineering
• Must possess minimum 5 years' experience
• Would be responsible for: rate analysis; tender scrutiny; checking and verification of bills;
• Knowledge of QS link or other specialist QS software preferred

Senior Architect / Architect (ENG/ARCH-06)

• Location: Bangalore
• Graduates or Post-graduates in Architecture
• Must possess 3-5 years' experience with leading architects in Bangalore, in construction of high-rise residential and commercial projects
• Awareness of state bye-laws and NBC norms a must
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD preferred
  

Good communication skills and computer knowledge are essential, for all positions.

Remuneration
Salary will be commensurate with education, qualification and experience.
