Deputy General Manager -Finance (HO/FIN/DGM-01)

• Location: Bangalore
• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Must possess minimum 10 years' experience
• Should be able to handle budgets & accounts independently; will have to interact with bankers and other financial institutions
• Should be pro-active
  

Company Secretary (HO/FIN/CS-02)

• Location: Bangalore
• Qualified Company Secretary
• Must possess minimum 10 years' experience in the same position in a public limited company for at least 3 years

Manager-Liaison (HO/LS/MGR-01)

• Location: Bangalore
• Graduate with minimum 7 years' experience in real estate industry
• Must possess experience in liaisoning with statutory authorities and Governmental agencies to: procure all licenses and permissions; clearances, including plan sanctions; NOCs from various Governmental agencies like BSNL, BWSSB, BESCOM, Fire Force and Airport Authority of India, BMP, BDA,CMC, Village Panchayat, etc.
  

Good communication skills and computer knowledge are essential for all positions.

Remuneration
Salary will be commensurate with education, qualification and experience.
