Plots / Sites Required for Purchase

Brigade Group requires residential or commercial plots / sites (non-BDA), either on sale or on joint development basis.

Any type of clear-titled, non-tenanted properties will be considered. We may even consider incomplete / abandoned projects subject to scrutiny.

Minimum sizes of plots should exceed 1000 sqm for areas within the Outer Ring Road and exceed 4000 sqm for areas beyond.

We would prefer areas like Malleswaram, J.P. Nagar (all phases), Jayanagar, Sarjapur Road, Whitefield, Outer Ring Road, Old Madras Road, Bannerghatta Road, Cooke Town, Cox Town and areas in the vicinity of the areas mentioned above.

Kinds of transaction possible are:
1. Joint venture or joint development
2. Purchase
3. Long lease
4. Swap or combination with one of the above
5. Sale and lease back proposals
