Services provided by Tandem's Facilities Management Division include engineering (electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, carpentry), housekeeping, security, janitorial services, pest and rodent control and landscaping.

Interiors:
Tandem is into installation of Modular Kitchen Cabinets, Wardrobes & also caters to orders based on customer’s specifications & requirements. They provide wide range of options with regard to the wood used (Solid Wood, Veneer, and Laminates & MDF). They cater to individual taste and needs according to one’s budget. We also take up installations of chimney, hobs, cooking ranges, fans, geysers and light fixtures under the scope of our interior services.

Realty Services:
Tandem caters to both corporate and individual clients: for lease management, rental and sale, and purchase requirements.

Financial Services:
Home Loans: Tandem has Liaison with HDFC, ICICI, LIC and Kotak Mahindra Bank to assist with the financial requirements of small, medium and large individual and corporate entities.
