TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The contract price shall be confirmed when the Allotment Letter is issued.
   
   
2. Brigade Enterprises Ltd, reserves the right to cancel the allotment and forfeit monies paid if the amounts are not paid as per the terms of booking. In case the Applicant desires to withdraw the booking within 10 days of booking, a token amount of 25% of the booking amount would be withheld as cancellation fee. Entire booking amount would be forfeited in the event of withdrawal after the issuance of the allotment letter or after 10 days, whichever is earlier.
   
   
3. Transfers, without a transfer fee, are allowed only amongst family members (father, mother, wife, husband, son, daughter). In case of transfer of reservation to 3rd parties, it will be subject to Brigade Enterprises Ltd's consent in writing and if consented, a transfer fee of 5% of the value of the apartment would be imposed.
   
   
4. All refunds if any, will be made without interest by local cheque only, within 30 working days from the date of cancellation.
   
   
5. Statutory expenses like stamp duty and registration charges and legal/incidental expenses for registering the property and additional stamp duty, if demanded by the special Dy.Commissioner Undervaluation of stamps will have to be borne by the allottee. VAT and Service Tax as applicable will be borne by the Allottee. Increase in existing tax levies and any fresh Government levies, applicable during the contract period shall be met by the Allottee.
   
   
6. Delivery date indicated is subject to 'Force Majeure' clause. Every effort will be made to obtain general electrical, sanitary and water connections within the stipulated delivery date. However, no responsibility is accepted for any delay beyond the control of the Developer in obtaining the services. Any expenses incurred in providing temporary supplies for the occupation of the premises shall be met by the Allottee.
   
   
7. Dimensions and details provided in the accompanying literature are approximate and are subject to alteration without notice.
   
   
8. Changes in standard specifications by the customer are generally not acceptable as changes adversely affect the completion schedule of the project.
   
   
9. All payments should be made by way of account payee Demand Draft/ local cheque to Brigade Enterprises Ltd., payable at Bangalore.
   
   
10. This booking is subject to acceptance by Brigade Enterprises Ltd., in writing. Receipt passed for earnest money is tentative.
    
    
11. The booking is subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.

I / We confirm all the details above are true to my/our knowledge.

I / We have gone through the terms and conditions stated above and agree to the same.

I / We agree to issue Post Dated Cheques for the balance amount / installments after issuance of the Allotment Letter.

I / We also hereby undertake to promptly notify you of any change in my / our residential status and / or details for communication.
