We are pleased to inform you that two of our enclaves, Brigade Gateway and Brigade Metropolis, have been awarded environmental clearance certificates by the Ministry of Environment and Forests, New Delhi.

Brigade Gateway, is an integrated enclave in Malleswaram-Rajajinagar. Its master plan architecture is by H.O.K., New York, in association with some of Bangalore's leading architects like Venkataramanan Associates, Zachariah Consultants, RSP, Ochre and Praxis. The enclave will have many world-class facilities including luxury apartments, the Orion Mall and a 12-screen Multiplex by PVR Cinemas, the Columbia Asia hospital, a five-star hotel, The Brigade School, the Galaxy Club, an amphitheatre, and multi-level car parking. North Star, the office tower, will offer software and corporate office facilities. The enclave will be beautifully landscaped with a playground, park and promenades. To make the project sustainable and to facilitate rainwater harvesting, Brigade Gateway will also have a man-made lake.

Brigade Metropolis, is a self-contained enclave on Whitefield Road. Designed by Thomas Associates, the enclave will have luxury apartments, an amphitheatre, the Regent Club with sports and fitness facilities, The Arcade—a neighbourhood centre for shopping and offices and multi-level car parking. Summit 1 & 2, state-of-the-art buildings, will offer modern spaces for software development and corporate offices. Brigade Metropolis will be extensively landscaped and will have a playground, theme gardens, park and promenade.
