What is an integrated enclave?
|

All over the world today, integrated enclaves and townships are fast becoming the preferred choice of urban living. This innovative concept combines residential; social; business and commercial zones within a single enclave, to form a self-contained cohesive neighbourhood. Each zone has its separate location and independent access—providing a combination of privacy and easy accessibility to facilities and services.
The enclave forms an integrated urban world in itself, servicing the residential, commercial, and leisure needs of everyone who lives or works within its environs. It provides all the infrastructure and facilities that are required for a better quality of life. Forming a premium living space that is shielded from the stresses and strains of everyday urban life.
We lead the way…
Brigade has pioneered the concept of integrated enclaves in Bangalore. Our enclaves have evolved and grown through the years. From our first enclave of ten years ago, to the enclaves presently under construction we have planned for the near future.

Brigade Residency |
Brigade Residency was our first enclave, covering facilities that included a mini-stadium, park, clubhouse swimming pool and a department store. Brigade Gardenia has six apartment blocks; parks, gardens and walkways; and a large club with swimming pool, it facilitated a sense of community life in a lovely setting.
Brigade Millennium enclave brought an impressive range of facilities within one secure, green, well-planned environment. This includes five apartment blocks, a park, a full fledged club, school and convention centre. The end result is a quality of life that few urban dwellers in India normally have the privilege of enjoying.
Currently on offer
At present, we have two large enclaves under development. Brigade Metropolis, is located on Whitefield Road, Bangalore. Brigade Gateway, is located in Malleswaram-Rajajinagar, Bangalore.
