A multi-level clubhouse
Clubs foster community life and bring people together. As will your clubhouse at Brigade Petunia. This multi-level building will be located at the entrance to your new home. And will feature a swimming pool, a gym, indoor games, a multi-purpose hall and a terrace party area.

Extensive parking
Brigade Petunia will have two entrances and exits—from Jayanagar and Banashankari. Residents and visitors will have top-covered parking, located at the stilt level. All residences will have at least two car parks.
