Head—Operations

- Graduates in Hotel Management
- Must have about 10 years’ Operations experience in the serviced apartment/hotel industry (last 3 years’ experience should have been in a senior position (Head—Profit Center)
- Additional experience in F&B will be considered an advantage
- Should be over 35 years, with a pleasing personality and proven leadership qualities
- Will be expected to improve the present operating standards of the company's various units and benchmark them with the best in the industry
- Should have good communication and people management skills
Head—HR and Admin

- Post Graduate in Human Resources with 12-15 years of experience including at least 5 years of HR experience in the Hospitality industry as HOD.
- The candidate will be expected to devise and implement overall HR & Administration strategies across the organization, to drive employee engagement, training, productivity and service.
- The candidate should also create a high-performance culture that is aligned to the organization's strategy and business requirements.
- Recruitment skills are also an essential requirement for this position.
Head—Sales & Marketing

- Post-graduates in Sales and Marketing
- Must have about 12 years’ experience, with at least 4-5 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry as HOD
- Should have excelled in marketing guest rooms and must have met/surpassed sales targets
- Will be expected to take on a senior corporate position and will be responsible for the sales and marketing of guest rooms, banquets, conferences and conventions
- Good people management, networking and communication skills a pre-requisite for the position
- Good knowledge of the local market will be considered an added advantage
Manager—Sales
Job code: BHSL/SLS/MGR/04
- Post-graduates in Sales and Marketing
- Must have about 8 years’ experience, with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience in the Hospitality industry
- Should have excelled in marketing guest rooms and must have met/surpassed sales targets
- Will be expected to take on a corporate position, reporting directly to the Head—Sales and Marketing
- Good people management, networking and communication skills a pre-requisite for the position
- Good knowledge of the local market will be considered an added advantage
Manager—IT (Infrastructure)
Job code: BHSL/IT/MGR/05
- Graduates /Post-graduates in Information Technology
- Must have about 10 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry
- Should ensure that the existing Hotel IT systems are being utilised to their optimum, and further develop the hotel’s business through the use of technology
- Role includes a large project management element in terms of setting up IT infrastructure in new hotel projects
Deputy Manager—Convention Center

- Graduates
- Must have 3 years’ relevant experience in Banquets / Convention Centres / Event Management
- Additional experience in F&B will be considered an advantage
- Will be expected to support the Convention Centre Manager in all aspects of the business, including operations and sales
- Should have good communication and people management skills
Revenue Manager—Corporate Office

- Graduates in Hotel Management
- Must have 3 years’ relevant experience in revenue management in the Hospitality/Travel industry
- Additional experience in F&B will be considered an advantage
- Will be expected to monitor, track, analyse and update the organisation's online presence and booking patterns across channel partners
- Will also have to implement strategies to maximise revenues
Executive—Accounts

- Graduates / Post-graduates in Commerce
- Must have 1-2 years’ experience in accounting functions within the Hospitality industry
- Will be expected to have working knowledge in Tally
Housekeeping Executive
Job code: BHSL/WR/HKE/09
- Diploma / Graduate in Hotel Management (House-keeping as specialisation)
- Must have at least one year’s relevant experience in a reputed hotel
- Should possess extensive knowledge of housekeeping procedures
Painter
Job Code: BHSL/HS/OP/01
- SSLC / PUC / Diploma candidates having experience in emulsion painting, oil painting, touch up work is preferred
Steward
Job Code: BHSL/HS/OP/02
- PUC / Diploma or Graduate in Hotel Management with 1-2 years of experience in similar field is preferred
- Candidate should be presentable and should have good communication skill
Technicians
Job Code: BHSL/HS/OP/03
- Candidate with ITI Certification / Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering having experience in installation, maintenance, repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures is preferred
- Should ensure work in accordance with relevant specifications and solve issues within turnaround time
Good communication skills and computer knowledge are
essential, for all positions.

Remuneration
