Head—Operations

• Graduates in Hotel Management
• Must have 10 years and above Operations experience in the serviced apartment / hotel industry (last 4 years' experience should have been in a senior position (Head—Profit Center)
• Additional experience in F&B and Sales will be considered an advantage
• Should be over 35 years, with a pleasing personality and proven leadership qualities
• Will be expected to improve the present operating standards of the company's various units and benchmark them with the best in the industry
• Should have good communication and people management skills

Manager—Galaxy Club

• Graduate in Hotel management with 5 years and above of experience in the Hospitality industry
• Relevant experience in F&B operations
• The candidate will be expected to devise and implement overall operational standards across the unit and to drive employee engagement, training, productivity and service
• Should have good communication and people management skills

Assistant F&B Manager—Galaxy Club

• Graduate in Hotel management with 4 years and above of experience in the Hospitality industry
• Relevant experience in F&B operations
• To drive sales for food and beverage operations by developing and executing marketing strategies, controlling costs and providing quality service to customers
• The candidate will be expected to devise and implement overall operational standards in the F&B department and to drive employee engagement, training, and service
• Should have good communication and people management skills

Sales-Executive

• Post-graduates in Sales and Marketing and must have about 1-2 years' experience in the hospitality industry
• Should have excelled in marketing guest rooms and must have met / surpassed sales targets
• Good networking and communication skills are a pre-requisite for the position
• Good knowledge of the local market will be considered an added advantage

HR—Executive-Clubs

• Post Graduate in Human Resources with 2-4 years of work experience including at least 2 years of HR experience in the Hospitality industry
• The candidate will be expected to devise and implement overall HR and Administration across the unit to drive employee engagement, training, productivity and service
• Recruitment skills are also an essential requirement for this position

Housekeeping Supervisor—Galaxy Club

• Graduate in Hotel management with 2-3 years of experience in the housekeeping field
• Relevant experience in housekeeping operations
• The candidate will be expected to devise and implement overall operational standards in the housekeeping department and to drive employee engagement, training and service
• Should have good communication and people management skills

Front Office Assistants—Galaxy Club

• Graduate in Hotel management with 1-2 years of experience in the Hospitality industry
• Relevant experience in front office operations
• The candidate will be expected to implement systems and procedures connected with Reservation, Information and Reception and Cash Section
• Should have good communication and people management skills

Stewards

• Diploma or Graduate in Hotel Management with 1-2 years of experience in F&B field is preferred
• Candidate should be presentable and should have good communication skills

Technicians

• Candidate with ITI Certification / Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering having experience in installation, maintenance, repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures is preferred
• Should ensure work in accordance with relevant specifications and solve issues within turnaround time

Good communication skills and computer knowledge are
essential, for all positions.

Remuneration
Salary will be commensurate with education, qualification and experience.
