The Residential Wings are complete except for Altair (‘B’ Wing) Block. All the infrastructure work is complete along with all facilities. Occupation Certificate has been obtained.
There is a already a vibrant community of about 250 families that are taking advantage of the excellent facilities and amenities such as the Landscaped Courtyard with multiple Playing facilities for kids, the lake front near the man-made lake which is ideal to walk around or just sit and laze.
The Altair Wing would be ready for occupation by end March 2011.
World Trade Center, Bangalore—is ready for fit-outs and has been accorded the Occupation Certificate. The Final Finishing and furnishing work in the Grand Entrance lobby is on. Leasing has commenced and Interior fit-out jobs have commenced for the first few tenants. The 9 level Multi Level Car Park is ready.
Orion Mall & Multiplex: The structure of the Mall is ready and external glazing work is in progress. Also, Internal common area work is going on. The Anchors, viz., PVR Cinemas and Star Bazaar have commenced their Interior fit-out work which is on. Other tenants would soon be commencing their Fit-out work.
The Galaxy Club is ready and functional. It has a multi-cuisine Nebula Restaurant and also multiple banquet facilities. The Gym, the swimming pool and other sports facilities are also functional.
The Brigade School, has commenced operations since June 2010 and has attracted a good number of kids from the enclave and the neighbourhood.
Sheraton Bangalore Hotel: The Hotel work is complete and the final finishing work is on and nearing completion. It would soon be opening its doors to its guests.
The Columbia Asia Hospital is fully functioning and has been serving the neighbourhood for the last two years. |
