Upscale, uplifting and welcoming:
the greenery at Brigade Metropolis
Brigade Metropolis will be more like a garden centre than a busy urban integrated enclave. If you were to take a walk along the Promenade, you'll know why…
The Promenade is a 600-ft, 4-lane, median split road. It extends from the entrance to the enclave up to the entrance of the residential section. It will be a pretty road, fringed with palms and brightened with a flower-and-plant filled median.
The Arcade neighbourhood shopping centre (with a big-mall feel) lies on the left of the Promenade, giving visitors to The Arcade a landscaped, broad stretch of sidewalk to stroll along. The sense of open space, interspersed with greenery, can be enjoyed from several seating places outside the shopping centre. The Atrium within The Arcade will also have its share of greenery, with tall palms and ferns and imaginative potted plant arrangements.
The 'garden centre' feel of Brigade Metropolis
Just opposite The Arcade is the Summit office facility, set amidst rolling lawns, landscaped knolls and flowering plants. And just ahead is a paradise of green gardens, amidst which are a range of homes set in several graceful apartment blocks. (We use the word gardens in the plural because there will be several of them, each one a tribute to the imagination and labour of expert landscapers.) Tucked snugly at the rear is the 50,000 sft Regent Club, which include a swimming pool, health club, gym, auditorium, lounge, indoor sports facilities and restaurant. Once again, set amid green and grassy landscapes. |
