Residential:
- Ten Blocks completed.
- Occupation Certificate has been obtained.
- A vibrant community of about 750 families already in residence.
- Excellent landscaping, with water features, party lawns, themed gardens, floral walk, Play areas for children.
- Only two Blocks—Kensington and Liverpool—to be completed.
- Kensington Block will be ready for occupation by end-March 2011.
- Liverpool Block will be ready for occupation by end-September 2011.
Summit:
- Capgemini has commenced their operations in Tower A.
- Tower B is ready for fit-outs and Occupation Certificate has been obtained.
Arcade:
- Occupation Certificate has been obtained.
- Dominos, Namdhari Fresh, Sunshine India and Quality Food are operational.
- Other retailers have started their fit outs.
The Regent Club:
- In the final stages of completion.
The Brigade School:
- Has commenced operations since June 2009.
- Students include residents of the Brigade Metropolis enclave and neighbourhood.
