The following hotel projects by Brigade are in different stages of completion:

Sheraton Bangalore at Brigade Gateway
The Sheraton Bangalore Hotel—located in the 40-acre Brigade Gateway lifestyle enclave, close to the heart of the city—is now open. The many different elements that make up the hotel add up to total luxury: a 5-star hotel with 230-rooms, 6 F&B outlets, a 1000-seater banquet hall, 11 unique venues across over 1950 square metres of event space and 2 sky-bridges connecting it to the World Trade Center and Orion Mall.
 

The Sheraton Mysore Hotel
The Sheraton Mysore hotel will have 200+ rooms and facilities that meet the expectations of a Sheraton brand.

Both Sheraton Hotels will be managed by Starwood.

Holiday Inn International Airport, Bangalore
The hotel is strategically located on NH 7 and connects to the new Bangalore International Airport. The proposed 210 room hotel will include banquet halls, restaurants, health club and spa, bar, swimming pool and conferencing facilities.

It is conceived to suit the 'new generation' business hotel—one that is targeted at the 'well-travelled' and 'tech-savvy' corporate traveler. The project is designed to portray and showcase modernity, and a very distinct character.

The Holiday Inn will be managed by InterContinental.
