Joint Development / Plots and Sites Required

Brigade Enterprises Limited requires residential or commercial plots / sites (non-BDA), either on sale or on joint development basis.

Any type of clear titled, non-tenanted properties will be considered. We may even consider incomplete / abandoned projects subject to scrutiny.

Kinds of transaction possible are:
1. Joint venture or joint development
2. Purchase
3. Long lease
4. Swap or combination with one of the above
5. Sale and lease back proposals

In Bangalore:
Minimum sizes of plots should exceed 1,000 sqm for areas within the Outer Ring Road and exceed 4,000 sqm for areas beyond.

We would prefer areas like J.P. Nagar (all phases), Jayanagar, Sarjapur Road, Whitefield, Outer Ring Road, Old Madras Road, Bannerghatta Road, Cooke Town, Cox Town and areas in the vicinity of the areas mentioned above.

In Mysore:
Minimum sizes of plots should exceed 15,000 sft (1,400 sqm).

We would prefer areas like Ontikoppal, Yadavgiri, Jayalakshmipuram, Vijaynagar, Siddarthanagar, Kuvempunagar, the Ring Road and areas in the vicinity of the areas mentioned above.
