Brigade's Enclave projects
We introduced Bangalore to a luxury called enclaves. And, as pioneers of the integrated enclave concept in Bangalore, we have been creating neighbourhoods and communities with insight and sensitivity for some time now.
And our enclaves have been evolving: the 5-acre Brigade Residency enclave, completed about fifteen years ago, was a pre-cursor to the benchmark-setting Brigade Gardenia and Brigade Millennium enclaves, which transformed South Bangalore. They, in turn, have paved the way for 40-acre enclaves like Brigade Metropolis and Brigade Gateway, both nearing completion. Size is not all. Our enclaves have been growing in complexity too…from simple neighbourhoods to integrated, multi-use developments. The common factor is our objective: a better quality of life.
To meet this objective, we have studied the architecture and dynamics of enclaves in India and abroad. We have visited internationally acclaimed enclaves like Roppongi Hills in Tokyo. We have studied how urban planners and architects around the world evaluate a well-planned enclave environment. Finally, we have spoken to countless people about their lifestyles and workplaces; their concerns and wish lists for the future. These have given us the direction to create more relevant and enjoyable enclave environments

Brigade Komarla Residency
Banashakari
The Brigade Komarla Residency was our first enclave. Its facilities included a mini-stadium, park, club house, swimming pool and a department store.

Brigade Gardenia
J.P. Nagar
Brigade Gardenia has six apartment blocks; parks, gardens and walkway; and a large club with swimming pool. It creates a sense of community life...in a lovely setting.

Brigade Millennium
J.P. Nagar
The Brigade Millennium enclave brought an impressive range of facilities within one secure, green, well-planned environment. This includes five apartment blocks, a park, a full-fledged club, school and convention centre. The end result is quality of life that few urban dwellers in India normally have the privilege of enjoying.
