Brigade and GIC acquire landmark property in Chennai

Brigade and GIC - Singapore’s Sovereign Wealth Fund jointly acquired a landmark, 16 acre property from M/S. Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd. in Perungudi, Chennai on 30th March 2016. This property is located in the prime commercial corridor of Chennai. The proposed mixed-use project will be a landmark, that will change the skyline of Chennai.
