Details of the projects will be released at the time of launch.
2. Can customers see floor plans of the apartments before the launch?
Floor plans will be released only at the time of launch. At that stage, the customer will have the right to proceed with the purchase or withdraw his registration fee with interest intact.
3. What amenities will be offered?
Brigade Value Homes will incorporate Enclave Living, pioneered by the Brigade Group. All projects will offer all amenities including swimming pool, indoor gymnasium, landscaped outdoor areas, games rooms and security, to name just a few. Modern facilities like Cable TV connections and Wi-fi Internet will also be provided.
4. Are the floor plans same for the four projects?
No; floor plans will vary from project to project. Each project will have several unique floor plans. Floor plans will be shared at the time of the launch.
5. The prices of the apartments are low. Will there be a compromise on quality of material used?
No. The Brigade Group will ensure the highest standard of construction and workmanship. Standard finishes will apply. E.g., ceramic tiles, aluminum windows, hardwood door frames, etc.
6. What is the scope for modifications?
Brigade will not undertake modifications on behalf of the purchaser. The customer will be free to make normal modifications within a certain set of parameters.
7. What is the ratio of super-built to common area?
