• Orion Mall wins at Images Shopping Centre Awards.
  
  Orion Mall, at Brigade Gateway, won the “Images Most Admired Shopping Centre Launch of the Year: GLA over 3,00,000 sq ft ” award at the Images Shopping Centre Awards held on 8 May at Mumbai. The Images Shopping Centre Awards are among the most prestigious awards in the retail sector. Since Orion Mall has not completed 2 years in operation, it was not eligible for other awards presented at the event..

• WTC Bangalore wins at CREDAI Awards.
  
  WTC Bangalore, the city's iconic building, received the Best Commercial Complex award in Bengaluru zone at the CREDAI Real Estate Awards Karnataka 2013. The awards were given at a glittering ceremony held at Sheraton Bangalore Hotel on 27 April.

• Brigade Group wins 4 more Awards at CNBC AWAAZ 2012.
  
  At a glittering CNBC AWAAZ Real Estate Awards 2012 ceremony held at Trident Hotel, Mumbai on 22 December, Brigade Group won one national-level award and three city-level awards for its signature project in Bangalore, Brigade Gateway.
  
  Brigade Gateway Residences won the National Award for the Best Project in the Mid-segment Housing category. The award was received by M. N. Balasubramanian, General Manager—Projects, from the Honourable Union Minister for Housing, Shri Ajay Maken.
  
  The integrated lifestyle enclave, Brigade Gateway, also won three city-based awards. World Trade Center was awarded the Best Commercial project. The Brigade Gateway residences again bagged the award for the Best Residential project. Orion Mall at Brigade Gateway was awarded the Best Retail project.

• Construction World Platinum Award for Excellence.
  
  Brigade Group was conferred the 'Platinum Award of Excellence' at the CWAB Awards 2012 which was well attended and conducted at Taj Lands End, Mumbai on 12th October 2012.
  
  Brigade Group has consistently been recognised as one of India’s Top 10 builders for 5 consecutive years, from 2007-2011 by Construction World. The Platinum Award of Excellence recognises builders who have been winning consistently at the CWAB Awards and for projects that have created wonders on a national and global arena.
  
  We are one of the 5 companies in the country to be conferred this recognition. The other companies are—Godrej, Hiranandani, Kapataru and Sobha.
  
  Brigade Group was represented by M. R. Jaishankar, Vishal Mirchandani, and Nirupa Shankar at the awards ceremony.

• “Theme-based Township of the Year”
  Award for Brigade Gateway (2012).
  
  “The Best Commercial/Retail/Office Space of the Year”
  for the World Trade Center Bangalore (2012).
  
  Brigade Group walked away with two prestigious awards at the CREDAI Real Estate Awards 2012 held at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai, on 11 August. The first was for “Theme-based Township of the Year” for its Brigade Gateway an integrated enclave, and the second for “The Best Commercial/Retail/Office Space of the Year” for the World Trade Center Bangalore at Brigade Gateway. Brigade Group is the only developer to have received two awards at the event.
  
  CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India) announced the results at a star-studded event attended by opinion makers of the real estate sector and well-known celebrities from Bollywood. Companies from over 100 Indian cities were in the running for the awards. The jury selected Brigade Gateway and World Trade Center for the respective awards after visiting the Brigade Gateway campus and, subsequently, by a presentation made by the Brigade team at Delhi.

• Jaishankar honoured with ‘Eminent Developer’ Award.
  
  M. R. Jaishankar was honoured as an ‘Eminent Developer’
  by Civil-Aid Technoclinic Pvt. Ltd, a Bureau Veritas Group Company, at the function held at NIMHANS Convention Centre on 9 February on the occasion of the organisation’s 15th Anniversary.

• Commendation Certificate for Business Excellence.
  
  Brigade Group was awarded a commendation certificate for business excellence by the Indian Merchants Chambers’ Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality Award Trust. The criterion for application, based on the Malcolm Balridge Award, is one of the toughest in the world. The award process, which is stringent and rigorous, involves application writing, assessment by examiners and selection by an eminent jury.

• Realty Plus Excellence Awards 2012.
  
  Brigade Group has won two awards, 'Developer of the Year—Commercial' & 'Integrated Township of the Year" (Brigade Gateway) at the Realty Plus Excellence Awards 2012 for South India , instituted by Realty Plus, India's Leading Real Estate Monthly Magazine.
  
  The Realty Plus Excellence Award is an industry platform that recognises individuals, organisations and projects that have 'created and delivered new benchmarks for excellence in the Indian Real Estate industry in 2012'. This award is one of the most credible in the real estate sector due to its independent & unbiased view, eminent and renowned jury, transparent & 100% online jury process.

• CII-EXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence 2011.
  
  Brigade Group has been awarded a certificate for its 'Strong Commitment to Excel' by the CII-EXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence 2011 award jury during the National Quality Summit held at Bangalore on 1 December. The certificate was given after the submission of a detailed report and the completion of an exhaustive Business Excellence Assessment process, conducted by a group of senior assessors of CII.

• Outstanding Contribution in Real Estate (Hospitality Sector) EPC World Awards 2011.
  
  Brigade Group was honoured with the ‘Outstanding Contribution in Real Estate (Hospitality Sector)’ award at the EPC World Awards 2011 held at the Taj Vivanta, Bangalore on 17 December. EPC World Media Group said that the selection was based on “the products and services provided by the organisation for the development of the Indian Infrastructure and Construction sector with fine examples of works and projects delivered”.
  
  This year the awards recognised and honoured around 35 companies / individuals, broadly covering the entire infrastructure and construction sector, on the basis of their qualitative and quantitative performance during the year 2011.

• WTC Bangalore wins
  ‘Best Construction in High Rise Buildings’ Award.
  
  World Trade Center Bangalore@ Brigade Gateway lifestyle enclave, was conferred the ACCE-BILLIMORIA AWARD 2011 for Best Construction in High Rise Buildings by the Association of Consulting Civil Engineers India, Governing Council. The award was presented at the ACCE(I) Awards Convention & Consultants Colloquium 2011 held at Nagpur on 11 and 12 November.
  
  This is the second award WTC Bangalore has received. The Indian Concrete Institute, Karnataka Centre, had recently selected this iconic building for the ‘ICI-KBC Birla Super Endowment Award for Outstanding Concrete Structure of Karnataka—2011’.

• Recyclathon Awards 2011.
  
  The Recyclathon Awards, a competition organised as a part of the Bengaluru Recycling Habba 2011, is designed to recognise good practices in waste management. We are delighted to announce that Brigade Regency apartments, 8th Main, Malleswaram won the Championship title in Best Waste Wise Apartment (Less than 100 units) category and that Mayflower Block @ Brigade Millennium, J. P. Nagar, was awarded the title of a Finalist in Best Waste Wise Apartment (100 to 250 units). A total of 400 nominations were received in different categories, which were shortlisted on a pre-determined criterion identified by a citizens jury panel.

• Brigade Wins Construction World Top Builder Award 2011.
  
  Brigade Group has been selected as one of India’s Top 10 Builders, by the jury specially selected to screen the winners. This is the 5th year in a row that Brigade Group has been selected as one of India’s Top 10 Builders.
  
  Brigade Group was presented the ‘India’s Top 10 Builders’ award at the CW Architect and Builder Awards ceremony held on 19 August at Taj Land’s End, Mumbai

The CONSTRUCTION WORLD and CW INTERIORS Awards were instituted six years ago. The jury this year included a cross section of the industry: Contractors, Material Manufacturers, Architects and Consultants namely DOKA (Formwork) India Pvt Ltd, RSP Architects, Reliance Cementation, Tata Projects, Essar Steel, Satish C. Dhupelia Engineers, CB Richard Ellis, Global Corporate Services India, Pidilite Industries Limited, and BASF.




• Brigade Group was chosen as one of INDIA’S BEST COMPANIES TO WORK FOR 2011.
  
  Brigade Group was ranked 2nd in the Real Estate Industry. The formal announcements were made at a glittering ceremony in Mumbai on 23rd June 2011.
  
  The citation reads “Brigade Group ranked 2nd in Real estate Industry for inspiring Trust among your people, for instilling Pride in them, for creating an environment within the workplace that promotes Camaraderie and for many other reasons that make your organization one of India’s best companies to work for”.
  
  The Economic Times and Great Place to Work Institute joined hands to find out the best workplaces; companies that cared for its employees and vice-versa. A total of 67,000 employees across 20 sectors comprising over 500 companies participated in this year’s survey. These results give a first-hand feel of workplace culture from an employee perspective.

• Brigade Group @ CNBC AWAAZ CRISIL CREDAI Real Estate
  Awards 2010.
  
  Brigade Metropolis has been awarded the best “Residential Property South” in the CNBC AWAAZ CRISIL CREDAI Real Estate Awards 2010.

• Galaxy Club @ Brigade Gateway designed by OCHRE, Architects won the “Best Hospitality Architecture” in the CNBC AWAAZ CRISIL CREDAI Real Estate Awards 2010.
  
  The winners were selected through a robust, stringent and comprehensive judging process, based on a combination of criteria which was scrutinized and vetted by CRISIL. The award will be presented to the winners at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore on 28th April, 2011.

• Best Commercial Developer of the Year 2010
  Brigade Group won the “Best Commercial Developer of the year” Award at the Realty Plus Excellence Awards 2011 (South) held at ITC Windsor Manor, Bangalore on 3 February 2011.
  
  Brigade has won at the Realty Plus Awards for the third year. Brigade had earlier won twice as the Regional Developer of the Year-South.
  
  Realty Plus Excellence Awards acknowledge the extraordinary contribution made by real estate firms in terms of quality, product innovation and customer satisfaction.
