He was conferred the ‘Bharat Ratna’ Sir M Visvesvaraya Award in 2022 by the Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI).

Pavitra brings into the equation 20 years of experience in consulting, private equity and real estate development. She oversees Brigade’s residential business strategy and growth and also spearheads the company’s digital transformation. Pavitra is a Trustee of the Indian Music Experience, India’s only hi-tech interactive music museum. She is carving a niche for herself as one of the few female leaders in the construction and real estate industry. Pavitra was recently named amongst the 40 under 40 icons by Realty Plus.

Nirupa has spent the past 14 years of her career overseeing Brigade Group’s Hotel, Office and Retail portfolios. She has successfully conceptualised multiple award winning F&B outlets such as HIGH Ultra Lounge, Glass Kitchen & Bar and the Art Café in Bengaluru. Nirupa was instrumental in setting up Asia’s first real estate accelerator called Brigade Real Estate Accelerator Program (REAP) in 2016 and launching BuzzWorks, Brigade’s flexible workspaces brand, in 2019.

Amar brings to the table more than a decade of diverse experience in supply chain management, manufacturing, the power sector and real estate. He holds a Masters in Engineering from Pennsylvania State University USA and is actively involved in the company’s transformative IT initiatives to improve business efficiency. Amar has been instrumental in securing renewable energy for Brigade Group’s Commercial, Retail and Hotel properties.

Roshin has more than three decades of diverse experience in the fields of project management, civil contracting and real estate development. Roshin holds a degree in B Tech (Civil Engineering), Kerala University and a Masters in Building Engineering and Management, School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. He has been heading the Engineering function of Brigade Group since 2007.

Pradyumna has over 17 years of experience in handling investor relations and private equity investors and has been associated with Brigade Group since 2009. He is part of the Gen Next at Brigade and currently plays a key role in Brigade’s private equity strategy and HR initiatives. He is responsible for two of Brigade Group’s large mixed-use developments – Brigade Tech Gardens in Bangalore and World Trade Center, Chennai. Pradyumna holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from the University of Madras and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines.

With nearly four decades of extensive experience, including five years at the board level at the State Bank of India, Pradeep has expertise spanning across various domains such as Corporate, International, Treasury, Information Technology, Retail and Transaction Banking. He also brings substantial board-level exposure from the leading bank in the country and other organisations, along with expertise in treasury and investment management, having served as the Head of Treasury in the Global Markets Group. Additionally, he is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).

Laskshmi has over three decades of extensive experience working in both the public and private sectors. Previously, she served as the Vice President for Private Sector and Co-Financing Operations at the Asian Development Bank. In government roles, she held positions such as Director General of Shipping and Ex-Officio Additional Secretary to the Government of India among other key roles. Additionally, she served as Chairperson of the International Coffee Council, Commissioner of the Bengaluru Development Authority and as a Director in the Ministry of Steel, Government of India.

Dr. Venkatesh has represented India as the sole academic in the Advisory Committee for the World Economic Forum’s Real Estate Initiative. He has over two decades of experience working both in academia and in the global financial services industry. He is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, with an alumni status from IIM Kolkata. He currently serves as an Associate Professor of Finance and leads the Real Estate Research Initiative at the Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru.

Venkatakrishnan is a seasoned finance professional with over four decades of diverse experience both in India and abroad. He is actively involved in several international and national organisations, including the International Council for Commercial Arbitration in The Hague, Netherlands, the Conciliation Committee of Independent Experts and the Governing Board of The Bharti Foundation (Airtel). He also contributes to the Advisory Council of the Bharti Institute of Public Policy at the Indian School of Business (ISB) Mohali Campus, a renowned public policy think tank in India.

Abraham has around four decades of rich and versatile experience including sales and marketing. He was associated with the Tata Group for over 25 years in various capacities. Stephanos was Managing Director of Tata Steel Downstream Products Ltd for around 10 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Calcutta (specialisation in Marketing and Strategic Management).

Padmaja is a seasoned financial services executive with over 37 years of banking and capital markets experience in India and USA. She has led iconic institutions, NSDL (National Securities Depository Ltd.) and Indian Bank as the MD & CEO. As Deputy Managing Director and Country Head in State Bank of India and United States respectively. She has been on Boards of LIC (Life Insurance Corporation of India) and NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India), ISSA (International Securities Services Association) and ACG (Asia Pacific Central Depository Group), Institute of International Bankers and Asia Society, New York. Currently she is a member of the Insurance Advisory Committee of IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) and the CCGS Advisory Council, IIMB (Centre for Corporate Governance and Sustainability, IIM Bangalore). She has done M.Com (Banking & Finance) from Andhra University and is a qualified CAIIB (Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers).
