Dear Patron,
Further to our communication dated 28th July 2026, we would like to share an update on our ongoing system migration programme.
The migration is taking slightly longer than expected as we work to ensure a stable and seamless transition. As a result, we require a few additional days to complete the process and now expect normal operations to resume by 11th August.
Until the migration is successfully completed, some of our customer services related to financial transactions, agreement execution, payment receipts, portal access, registrations and service tickets will be affected.
